FREEZONE ORGANIZATION
The project involves the completion of the administrative headquarters of the Free Trade-Industrial Zone Organization.
The scope of work includes the structural framework, architectural finishes, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) installations across eight floors of the eastern and central wings, as well as the full execution of the building’s façade, totaling approximately 20,000 square meters of built-up area.
Additionally, the project includes the construction of three floors in the western wing, related structural and infrastructure works, full commissioning of the central mechanical plant (boiler room), and the complete construction and installation of the electrical substation.
